Nhai land acquisition

Dear sir/madam I am running a Dhaba over nh91 (aligarh to kanpur). My residence is situated over Dhaba. Now NHAI authorities are acquiring partial area of building and land. But the structure of building is something like that if the first pillor of building is getting affected then we will have to remove the whole structure. And now the problem is that building exists since 1980 but they are considering it since 1995 and after depreciation they are paying us 28 lakhs that is twice of the amount they have calculated after depreciation. And they are counting our land as agriculture land. They have clearly mentioned in their payment details that its a 2.5 storey building hotel plus residence. Our problem is that we can't develop a new structure in such a short amount and we have all the commercial proof of our property like commercial electricity bill, gst registration , food & safety licence, commercial gas connectin but still they are counting us in agriculture not in commercial. We are worried about what to do now because as I have read in the land acquisition bill they claim to give rehabilitation and jobs to people whose house and business are being affected but I am not getting such kind of any procedure and the way to claim for the things. Now they are giving us notice to remove the existing structure within a week. Please guide us what to do.
