Approval flat build with deviation

I have purchase(second) a flat at t.nagar with approval . but builder build with deviation in first floor. by corp of chennai approved plan and building only g + 1 . but builder build ii nd and third 150 sq.ft. and also in ground floor rear postion is approval with portigo. but they build three shops at portigo area we have no parking area in our flat. last july 2017 i have file d a case and also high court issue judgement to issue de-occupation order to corp. of madras. my questio is my flat in first floor with another 2 flats with deviation of 17 sq.mts. any prblem to us and also any provision to regularised our ist floor alone. from day one itself we have not build any additional construction in our ist floor. but in ground floor one shop portion build for resident purpose in portigo area. now we will interest to apply for regularisation of ist floor. there is provision is there . high court and corp. of chennai identified the iind and iiird floor has unauthorised. shall corporation of chennai will demolisaion the iind , iiird and ground floor portigo portion. what is remady to our ist floor . this is not for our fault. but in sale deed the builder indicate undivided share to entire constructed building. the un approval portion also have uds. the ist floor only out right rest of iind and iiird floor with builder and entire ground floor with land owner. now we have received court order to faver to us but coc indicate ist floor has 17 sw.mts deviation. please advice us. whether coc permitted ist floor 3 owners can apply regualtion of deviatted portion.
