Operating of preschool in residential condominium from own flat in Gurgaon

I have been running a Early childhood education & daycare centre from my own flat in a residential complex in Gurgaon. This is run under a run under a registered charitable trust. I have been providing this service to the residents and their toddlers for the last 14 years and more than 400 children have benefited from this and moved on to good regular schools. I was encouraged to start this by the resident parents. There has been no objection from the RWA or any residents till now. Recently some residents have started complaining and the RWA wants to shut this down. There appears to be a group of vested residents and RWA seems to be towing their line. This is a complex of around 1000 flats and this is a much needed service for the residents for their little toddlers. The parents whose children are coming to this centre and also past parents are strongly against this closure. There has been various correspondence with the RWA on this matter and I have tried to provide all legal positions in this matter. There is also no clear guideline in Haryana about this (or I have not been able to find the same). What is my position regarding continuance of this centre- I am a passionate Montessorian and I am not in this for any mooney earning. The fees charged are used towards defraying of expenses. Kindly advice as to the legal position for Haryana and what I should do to keep this operational.
