Tenant Landlord Issues

Hi Sir/Madam, I know an old lady living in my area. This Old lady is a widow and aged nearly 70 years. Her husband died 30 years before and they had no children. After the demise of her husband, she sold her own house to a neighbor (who is also a distance relative to her). The neighbor bought the house for sum of rupees and transferred the ownership to his name from her. During that time both old lady and the neighbor agreed that she can stay in the house for next 30 years and no need to pay any rent. Since both are relatives this is not captured in any of the documents. Now after 30 years the relative person wants to demolish the house and build a new one for his own family. He has asked the old lady to move without any help. Now she is Homeless, Clueless, Helpless at the age of 70. At this age, she lives her life by old age pension scheme of the government. So she can't afford a rented house. That landlord is also not helping. What should she do. Any help is appreciable. Thanks!
