Can my sister and her husband challenged the will, transfer and gift from my Parents to me (Son)

Very good morning sir, With due respect, I would like to ask some queries regarding my rights on my parents property. I Suresh Kumar Patel have 1 younger sister. She got married in 2007. Right after her marriage my father giving money to her in parts and till now it will be approximately 9 -10 Lacs. It was not know to me and some how i came to know this. As my sister's and her husband's eye on my parents property too and they want equal partition from it also. As i and my wife is only taking care of my parents and giving all our efforts of us in caring of them. My mother is also paralyzed and totally on bed from January 2016. And my wife is only those who is caring my mother. My sister and her husband is not even bother about my mother's health. In such case after knowing that my father is transferring money to my sister i talked to him and then my parents made a registered will on my name for 10 acre land in village. But no will or transfer or gift of house and plots in Bhopal city. I am tensed about the same. Sir from you i would like to know that what is the daughter's right in parents movable and non movable property. If my parents makes the will or gift or transfer of all is movable or non -movable property in my name than in this case my sister and her husband can challenge it in court. Or what is the provision and law according which i can get my fathers property. Kindly suggest and guide me. Kind regards Suresh Kumar Patel Bhopal
