Relieved from organisation without official resignation from employee

One Friday evening, I went to my boss to verbally discuss with him regarding my medical condition and subsequently wanted to resign. But as soon as I entered his cabin and started talking, he didn’t allow me to complete a single sentence and started shouting at top of his voice and completely denied listening to me and asked me to take an appointment on Monday to speak to him. I was running in my first trimester of pregnancy and my doctor advised me to take 2 weeks complete bed rest with no travel or movement. I informed and submitted my leave application along with medical certificate to my employer on Monday morning through an email. My employer didnt acknowledge this leave application email and dropped me a email on my personal email I’d on Thursday that since last Friday you showed your intent to resign, you have been relieved from services with immediate effect and you do not need to serve 90 days notice period. They also stopped my official email access on Thursday and removed me from all official apps access. I have had my termination of pregnancy in the two weeks of leave period. I informed my employer about this medical condition of mine and requested them to Provide a date so that we can sit across and talk regarding the same since I have not officially resigned on records in writing. But my employer has stopped responding to my emails and not taking my calls. Also they have stopped my last month’s salary. Crux of the matter is that I have not resigned officially then how can they relieve me from services and stop my email access and salary? This is an absolute shameful act from their end and I want to seek a legal advice in this case and request a suggestive course of action. Plz advice
