Full Refund Claim because of blunder of Airasia

Hello Sir/Madam I Mrs. Chandni Devi have booked the flights for three passengers i.e (me, my husband and my daughter) under the booking ID FMJINA last year in August 2017. But later on the airlines rescheduled the Flight as per their convenience which disturbed my holiday planning. Another major setback was caused by Airasia airlines during my return journey from Sydney to New Delhi. Because of lack of cooperation of Airasia staff I missed my connecting flight from kualalumpur to Delhi. Airasia staff was not providing appropriate information which caused unnecessary wastage of time and later on they refused to issue me a boarding pass and we missed our flight due to that. This was not the end of blunder caused by airasia, the staff of airasia told me to again buy the tickets for three passengers along with 20kg luggage charges. But there was no Airasia flight from kualumpur to delhi for the coming two days. So they told me to buy the tickets for chennai. And from Chennai I had to book another flight to my destination i.e Delhi. And this whole journey from Kualalumpur to Delhi costed me Rs 96137 (Kualalumpur to Chennai = Rs 82790, Chennai to Delhi=13347) and the proofs for the same are attached herewith. Airasia lied to us regarding our checked in luggage. As per information provided by Airasia staff our luggage was present on the same flight we booked from kualalumpur to Chennai. When we arrived at Chennai airport we came to know that our checked in Luggage was sent to Delhi in the flight that we missed day before. All my prescribed medicines were in the same luggage bag that resulted me medical problem. This whole experience was like a bad nightmare that I can’t forget. All this chaos and havoc was the result of lack of professionalism of Airasia which caused me medical harassment (As I am pregnant) mental harassment, wastage of time and huge financial loss i.e Rs 96137. In continuation to my previous complaint having reference number 03981686 I Ms. Chandni have flown from Delhi to Sydney and visa versa via Airasia alongwith my husband and daughter. I am pregnant and in this condition i am totally harassed by your Airlines. Everything was discussed in my complaint having reference number 03981686 else that I have received my baggage on 04/06/2018 which was missed by the airlines on 30/05/2018. My medicines prescribed by my doctor alongwith my prescription card was in that baggage only. So I was unable to take my medicines from last four days which put me in trouble. Now when I received my bag on 04/06/2018 it was in worst condition. My clothes, eatables, shopping gifts purchased from Australia were totally ruined. Now it is the sole responsibility of Airasia to cover-up the entire financial loss I suffered and refund me the amount as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to take the legal route against this matter and will share all this immature handling of Airasia on social media (facebook, twitter) and Mass Media.
