MCD 13(B)(1) Clarification on visitation rights of Husband

Though the Husband initially agreed/signed (due to heavy pressure from wife seeking divorce) for divorce through mutual consent and both parties filed the petition together, he is now (after 6 months cooling period) not ready to let go off the relationship and wants to lead a life with his Wife. However the wife still insists on getting divorced and not allowing the husband to visit/see the child (2 years old). The final hearing is scheduled in end of July 2018. 1. What is the best/easiest way for the Husband to disqualify this MCD, without appearing in the court? 2. If the husband doesn't appear in court for final hearing, will it be considered contempt of court or will the court just postpone the hearing to another date? 3. If the husband doesn't appear even on the next scheduled date, will the court pass an order to disqualify MCD immediately or will it be postponed again? 4. Visitation rights of husband and his parents are not specified in the petition, because it was assumed that wife wont deny the visitation. But now wife is denying visitation to husband and his parents. What is the easiest way to ascertain visitation rights? 5. What is the visitation frequency allowed day/timings as per law?
