Society registered without cancelling the condominium

We have a complex of 140 flats in pune which is phase 1 of the project out of which 130 are sold. Builder approached the flat holders in early 2016 to form a society for the phase 1. But due to some flat owners who had reservation on having builder as a chief promoter declined the proposal and did not let others also sign the society papers. After which builder registered the condominium declaration in july 2016 with the help of 5 flat owners and submitted the declaration to registrar also. Flat owners refused to accept the deed of declaration. Few residents filed a case against cancellation of condominium on dec 2016 but till date i.e. jun 2018 there is no stay on condominium. Somehow some flat owners were able to get the society registered on aug 2017. The 5 flat owners filed a case in JDR and got the stay on society in aug 2016 itself. In between jan-apr 2018, 20% of the total flat owners signed the condominium. In may 2018 jdr removed the stay from society and both soc and condo exists. condominium owners went to high court and got the stay on society (High court order "In my prima facie view the authority thus could not have passed an order for registration of the society. There shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).") Now if you can please make me understand where would this case go, keeping in mind current condominium exists and there is a stay on soc also there are 2 more phases to come up in the same complex which may be condominium ?
