Fake FIR: How soon it can be quashed?

Dear Sir, Regarding Fake FIR. Our neighbor tried to form a road upon our property illegally and hence we had taken injunction order from Honorable court. Then he started giving trouble for drinking water pipe lines connected to a pond saying that the land where pipelines are put is in his name. These pipelines are put several decades ago and there is no other source for water. Again we approached civil court for injunction and we got the same. Even after he got the notice, our neighbor obstructed the water flow. He is an influenced person with huge money in hand. We gave police complaint; they came and said there is no direct order from court to us and hence we can’t do anything. Last week, post police visit, we, all family members went to put pipelines. He suddenly came with a big hammer and damaged our compound wall where he is planning to make a road. We took all photographs of breaking wall and violating injunction order. We gave police compliant attaching the injunction order and photographs. FIR is made under section 427, 341, 504 and 506 of IPC 34 against him. Then he also went to police station and gave false complaint saying that we damaged their water tank and we injured them. They took fake doctor certificate as well. His wife had an open heart surgery last year and she is showing some marks on her leg & saying that we injured her. Police made FIR against us under section 323, 324, 504 and 506 R/W of IPC 34. We took a bail from the court. Is it possible to quash their complaint in high court, Bangalore? If yes, what are all the documents required and how soon it can be quashed? What will be the approximate cost? Please suggest us the next steps. Thanks.
