Ancestral or Parental property

I am a hindu woman of 55years age. We are 3 sisters and one brother. The eldest sister is unmarried while me and my other sister is married. My brother is married too. My grandmother (my father's mother) bought a piece of land solely in her name in exchange of her own jewels ans ornaments (Stridhan) in the year of 1944 from bank. Later a one and a half storeyed building was constructed on it and the entire property was transferred by deed of gift from my grandmother to my mother (that is she transferred the property by a deed of gift to her daughter in law solely) in the year of 1964. My mother later did a will and distributed this property among his one son and one unmarried daughter while another daughter has given NoC consent and I have been simply deprived of it. My concerns are as follows: 1. Is this property an ancestral property or parental property from my point of view? Because the property was owned by my grandmother and was transferred by deed of gift to my mother. 2. Can my mother make a will (she made the will on 2nd March 1993) for the distribution of a property which she never self-acquired but received as a gift from my grandmother? 3. Can she deprive one of her legal heirs without her consent? 4. Should I fight this legally in the court and challenge the will for my share? Is it worth it because I am not sure if this distribution by will for a property received as a gift is appropriate or not.
