Disbuserment of Home Loan Topup

Hello, I have transfer my home loan from LIC Housing to Bajaj Finserv Home Loan for Rs 25.78 lac along with Top up amount of Rs 4.91 lac in the month of Dec'17. Bajaj gave the amount of Rs 25.56 lac to LIC and said to me that you will get additional Top up amount whenver you will provide the Registery Copy. I handed over Registery copy at the end of Feb'18 & continuously chasing with Bajaj Team via Telephonic and Email & confirmation received on phone by Bajaj employee that your Top up loan amount cheque has been cancel due to 3 month laping.I have also filed the complaint to National Housing Board on 04th May'18 but still not any resolution received. Bajaj given 3 month holiday period and did not take starting 3 month EMI but 1st EMI paid by me on 02nd May'18 & received massage for another EMI on 02nd June'18. I have been totally fed up with the service and want to do legal case for Compensation . Please suggest how can I take legal action against Bajaj & what will be the limit of compensation. And Want to know another one thing that at time of taking loan Bajaj employee said to me your top up amount will be arround 3.60 lac and balance will be Insurance amount of 10 yrs, but in welcome letter which received no insurance amount mentioned there, please suggest how much amount will I get.
