Disbursement of Home loan Topup

I have shifted my loan from lic to bajaj housing on the basis of additional top up amount in Dec,17, bajaj housing disbursed the amount to lic but did not give my top up amount and said that first deposit registry copy, in feb'18 last week I have handed over registry copy with all relevant docs and doing continousely with bajaj sales team first they said your cheque has been cancel due to 3 month laps, I have filed complain on bajaj portal so many times thereafter I lodged complaint to National Housing Board on 04th May'18 thereafter one mail recd from bajaj after 10 days appx saying that we will give resolution in next 2 days thereafter I made complaint on 21st May stated that if you will not give any resolution in next 2 working days then I will file complaint to consumer court but not recd any resolution still now. Need advice can I file any legal action and take compensation and what will be the limit of compensation. Original amount rs 25.78 lac given by bajaj to lic in Dec,17 and top amount rs 4.91 lac. Starting 3 months emi were holiday and not deducted, 1st emi deducted on 02nd may .Pls advice
