Challenging Permanent Injunction Order and Seeking Cancellation of the Same

Greetings to you, Its all about my grandfather's property and let us considered him as Person 'Z'. Person 'A' partitioned his agricultural land and sold to person 'X', person 'Y' & person 'Z'(my grand father). Registration took place before 1950 and each parties done registration separately. After Successful registration Person 'A' wrote in person 'X's record something like this "person 'X' & person 'Y' can use common track(althoug there was no common track at the time of registration) inside person 'Z's(my grand father) property. No such comments were in person 'Z's property record and even not in person 'Y' s property record. Person 'X' & person 'Y' already using another track outside person 'Z's property. During 1970s person 'Z' (my grand father) laid track for internal use. Somedays later person 'X' & person 'Y' started using person 'Z's track instead of their actual track. person 'Z' generously allowed them because they are kinda relatives. In 1996 there was dispute between person 'Z' (my grand father) and other two parties person 'X' & person 'Y'. person 'Z'(my grand father) closed the track. Person 'Y' went to munsif court and got interim injunction order citing the comments mentioned in person 'X' s record regarding the usage of track. Kindly note that only person 'Y' filed caveat requesting injunction order and not person 'X'. Although person 'Y' got injunction order he couldn't use the track. In 2005 munsif court judge passed judgement saying interim injunction order was made to permanent and issued permanent injunction order. We appealed in district court unfortunately in 2007 district court upheld the munsif court's judgement. We went for appeal in Madras High court and the judge upheld munsif court's verdict. We filed appeal in Madras high court and judegement upheld munsif court's judgement in 2009. We filed Civil revised petition immediately in same Madras high court and after 9 years for that CRP we received judgement recently Judge dismissed our CRP. Eventhough person 'X' and person 'Y' dont have any legal documents or information in their property records for their right to use of the track inside person 'Z'(my grand father) property i would like to know how come permanent injunction order is possible in this case as pronounced by munsif court judge. Also i want to know is there any ground or provision to file fresh case in district court challenging the permanent injunction order and to argue that it is not right and seeking cancellation of permanent injunction order. Kindly advise me on this and looking for genuine advocate's legal help physically as well.
