Marriage Annullment

Dear all Lawyers, Please suggest me about my marriage annullment if its belongs to my case or not. If not, what should I do? I am canadian permanent resident but still indian citizen. I got married in india in presence of all relatives and family as on oct 2015 with a Hongkong Citizen who was canadian visitor as well. He came with me in india but after 4 days of marriage went back to hongkong to meet his ex wife. They both were divorced with each other. but after one month of marriage with me his ex wife gave birth to his second child. He was also living with other girl in canada. He lie to me about everything and said he is single at present. He got married with me but didnt register our marriage in india. He wanted to register in canada to get pr here. Before registering my marriage in canada with him I come to know all about him that he is doing fraud with me and I cancelled my marriage in canada. As i was married with him in india I went to couple of canadian lawyers. They said we are not considering this marriage at all without registration certificate which i dont have from india and canada. Theý adviced me to start new life and said I dont need to take divorce as i m not legaly married with him. After one year my parents found a match for me. I got married with him and file his case to sponsor him. Last week we got an interview from canadian embassy. The interviewer said to my husband that my previous marriage is legal and current is invalid. Please suggest me wat should i do? Is my previous marriage valid still? Can i do annullment or I have to take divorce? Thank you Regards; Gurjit Kaur
