Which law will come in my case?

I worked for a company in 2018 starting. After 2 and half month I got a serious complain against me that I have sent a message using slang and scolding type languages to a client through my official mail id. When management asked me about this ,I said I have not done it because I really didn't do that. I said in addition please check CCTV camera as I have kept my laptop open in production floor. So the Hr said the company will do investigation for this process and it will take around 7 days to 30days. So I have to wait and till then I just have to come office everyday,but I have no permission to do production. Now it is almost 40days , the CCTV investigation was confusing as there is no specific laptop for each employee. Any employee can use any of the laptop. So I am not getting any satisfactory reply from management about my case and they are till now saying I have to wait. So in my case I just want to know what should be the action against me from management as I am under probation period and age is less than 30years. What is the chance of termination from company? If there is something against me, then by which law I will prove my self as innocent as I am highly harassed mentally .
