Eviction from a partition property by a co owner

Currently in a reconsideration of a final decree of the Commissioner on a partition of property that was left by my Grand father to his living Children. At the Commissioner hearing the question of who would purchase the property was asked and my Lawyer at that time give no defense on my behave, so the Commissioner found in favor of my Cousin. I appeal at the Virginia Supreme Court. We are asking the Supreme Court to reconsider the denial they previously found. This is the final portion of the Appeal. At the beginning of the process with the appeal at the Supreme Court there was a Stay order filed. There are 4 co owners living in the home. However, the Cousin that was awarded the right to purchase the property has decided to proceed to Eviction only 2 and the other 2 has not been included in the Eviction. This was done because the Cousin that won the right to purchase was angry because I have cost him money because he would not be able to Redeveloped the property until this case has ended. The Supreme Court has not rendered a final decision at present. How does the Eviction process work for a situation as this?
