Enforceability of indemnity bond

I joined a company in December 2017. At the time of joining, the company asked me to undertake an IB (indemnity bond) citing the training expenses to be incurred. The bond is for 2 lacs for a 2 year duration. However, since I joined there has been only one induction program for 3 days. Moreover the office times are extremely poor, usually staying back till midnight and even later on busy days. Also due to shortage of staff, I was allocated into a department which I have no experience or training in. Also language issues affect my performance in the department. Moreover it is not usually allocated to an officer in my position but only to one in a lower position. Further to it I was even asked to do work done by substaff like cleaning etc and was asked to stay back on Sundays for the same. Now I am thinking of quitting beacuse there seems to be no respite for this and also I believe it is not in line for jobs other MBA grads like me do. The problem is the IB and I would like to know whether it is enforceable. I was never let known of the type of work to be done and the department but was said "you should do whatever job the company asks you" in the appointment order. Please provide me with options so that I can evaluate and take a reasonable action on the issue.
