Can I park two cars in one big car parking area?

1. I have been allocated a single stilt car parking by our builder 15 years back in Bangalore. Dimension of car parking: 4.14 meter x 5 meter. As per BBMP building bye laws, minimum car parking dimension should be 3 meter x 6 meter. While allocating in sale deed, the Builder admitted that since required length is less, they compensated by giving more width (between two pillars). After that, I started parking two cars within 4.14 meter width without hindering any other's parking. Now our Association issued me multiple letters to remove my 2nd car. They even painted a rectangle around one of my cars, and declared that outside the boundary I do not have any authority to park my 2nd car. 2. Next to my car parking, there was a motor and a sump, which was extended few years below my car parking. To do so, association asked me to remove my car for few days. Now, letter from association says I have encroached the sump area. 3. Car parking drawing approved by BBMP, shows no particular dimension for any car park in our complex. Deed of Declaration (DoD) mentions undivided common area for each apartment, and also mentions that car parking is part of common area, but does not show further subdivision of each car parking area which is a part of undivided common area. 4. How can association draw a rectangle around my car, when there is no dimension is mentioned about exact car parking area in any document? 5. Has association any power to allocate/redefine car park? Our bye-laws of DoD (in line with Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act & Rules), says u/s “Objects of Association”, “To provide for the maintenance, repair and replacements of the common areas and facilities by contributions from the apartment owners.” In DoD, u/s “Powers and Duties of the Association”, it is written: “The Association will have the responsibility of administering the “XXXX”(name hidden) apartment, approving the annual budget, establishing and collecting quarterly assessment or interest free refundable lumsum deposit in advance and such other dues of the members and arranging for the management of the Apartment in an efficient manner. Except otherwise provided all resolutions of the Association shall require approval by a majority of members / deemed members / proxies / representatives present at meetings. The association has no powers to lease or rent or deal in any way the common areas including rooms, except as authorized by the Bye – Laws.” 6. Few years back, another committee drew a line along 2 pillars. Now present committee drew another line in between reducing the area and prohibited 2nd car parking. How can decision change from one committee to another committee? 7. Which document prohibits keeping a second vehicle in the allocated area? If I keep one car and two nos. two wheelers in my space, which law can object? Isn't it my wish how I shall utilize my space? Can anyone suggest?
