Trespassers in neighbouring government agricultural land

Summary of situation: 1 - My father has inherited a farm 30 years ago from grandfather but passed away 5 years later. The title and deeds were kept in my grandfather and uncles name, and after grandfather passing away my uncle transferred the deeds to me. 2 - Next to our farm is an unused government 'kharabi' land which was formally used for farming by the government about 15-20 years ago. Before my uncle passed on the deeds, he said he will sign our farm over but he will take claim to the neighbouring government land which is unused. 3 - The uncle has placed ex tenants of our land onto the government land without our permission and erected a simple shed/home for tenants. The tenants have now taken control over the lands and will not leave. They are disturbing my tenants and causing issue. My question: 1 - What rights or chance do I have in making a claim to the unused neighbouring government land. It was given to my dad more than 30 years ago but titles were sent to my name 4 years ago. it had my grandfathers and uncles name before 4 years. 2 - My uncle has taken advantage of us and had no right to either my land or the neighbouring government land. he had his own fair share of inheritance but seeks to take advantage of taking our opportunity of claiming the government land. 3 - How can we remove the recent ex-tenants who have taken over the government land and is causing issues in our legal property. attempting to farm our land for more profit and taking our resources. If i have no way to claim the government land myself then I would still like to remove the problematic trespassers.
