Money lending trap

I am asking this question on behalf of a person who works as a driver is unable to afford a lawyer. Case: I borrowed ₹75k in 2012 to make the downpayment of a taxi vehicle I purchased. The person I borrowed money from took my signature on an agreement which needs to be renewed every two years printed on ₹10 non-judicial stamp paper. The agreement in 2012 stipulated that I owed ₹75k and that I had 12 years to repay it failing which my personal property would be attached. He, in my understanding, under money-lending and income tax acts , is illegally charging me interest @ 3% per month. In 2015, he renewed the agreement for ₹2.7 lakhs which I signed as I didnt understand how interest was supposed to be calculated. This agreement has now ended in 2017. I paid ₹71k by mid-2015 and ₹1.35lakhs in Feb 2016 in cash. Though I already paid more than ₹2lakhs, he is threatening to take my property legally if I dont pay him ₹3.2lakhs more. He has not given me any receipt for the payments made. I have 2 questions: 1. Is his claim for recovery of money legally enforceable? 2. How can I contract free legal services to show the documents (written in Tamil) and get advice?
