Phone calls/email received from bank for legal action for credit card payment

Sir, 1. In Feb 2014,HDFC bank representative called me and offered me loan-called Jumbo Loan of Rs.200000 saying that I m eligible for a loan of Rs.2 lakh against my credit card. I asked him rate of interest, tenure, EMIs, repayment mechanism and documentations. 2. I opted for 36 months tenure and EMI was Rs.6758.07p.I categorically denied AUTO DEBIT and told representative that if bank is ready for manual option,not auto debit, then only I will take this loan. Only after bank agreeing for manual payment, I took loan with clear understanding with bank representative that there is NO AUTO DEBIT. Accordingly I was issued sanction letter on February 11,2014 which i had accepted, duly signed and returned as token of mutual agreement.There is no mention in that letter that i will make payment thru auto debit. The payment option was at my discretion as agreed with bank representative. 3. Since day one, I paid all EMIs before due date, through other bank transfer,same have been received before due date and confirmed by bank in their monthly statement on13TH. 4.In spite of bank received EMIs well before due date, auto debits were exercised by bank SUO MOTO and since payments of EMIs are made by me, auto debit exercised by bank had been returned unpaid and bank started charging me late fees and other charges unjustifiably. 5. After follow up with banks over phone and going to Borivali-east branch, bank manager spoke to credit card department and assured me that all charges till date (i.e. aug 2014) will be reversed and from next month auto debit will not happen again. Bank officials apologized for this lapse.Bank charges from Mar-14 to aug-14 were reversed. 6. But from Sept 2014 onwards bank went for auto debit resulting in auto debit returned and bank started debiting various charges. 7. I again contacted branch manager and she advised me to put e-mail for immediate cancelling auto debit and accordingly I sent e-mail on Sept 20,2014, but in spite that bank continue auto debit month after month not attending to my request for cancelling auto debit. 8. From Sept 2014 till date, I wrote various mails to bank and also spoke to number of people (and very recently written 5 reminders to chairman and MD ) iniGrievance redress requesting them to- a- arrange my meeting with officer with who discussed loan and agreed. This meeting I am insisting from May 2014 when loan was not that old. b-to reverse all charges which are unjustifiable.d-to provide me details of any mandate what so ever, either verbal or in writing, given to bank to exercise auto debit c-to send my ledger account from August 2014 (this is month when bank again started doing auto debit after assuring that there will be no auto debit henceforth) till I paid my last EMI in Feb 2014.But nothing happened and every month I m receiving nasty calls from bank to make payment.Last month e-mail and tele message has been sent for legal action.Pl advise
