Change in name

Respected sir, I am an engineering final year student and in my 10 class(CBSE) mark sheet has an error.In my mark sheet, my surname is not included along with my name although my father and mother name is complete due, to which my all documents including my pan,Aadhar, engineering mark sheet etc . My name is without a surname. for this concern, I read many internet articles and found out that CBSE only allowed the change in name in 10 class mark sheet within 2 years but sir almost more than 5 years is past so, I consult my intern lawyer friend and he said that in every field whether you are making passport, bank or join a company they will consider name mentioned in 10 class certificate and for this I have to change my name in class 10 certificate and it is not possible because CBSE don't allow this. yesterday I read an article about the change in name through an affidavit, newspaper publishing and Gazette of India publication but this method also does not change my name in 10 class certificate. sir, I want to include my surname in 10 class certificate so that it can be reflected in other documents also. please give you suggestions on this matter.
