Partition

My father dies in 1986. Holding 116 acres of agricultural land in his name and my grand mother In 12.06.1988 made a registered partition deed to avoid land ceiling between the following persons 1 Nachamal : my grand mother no property was allotted as she will be looked by all up to her death bed 2 Rukmani my mother 46 acres was allotted as A schedule property 3 Rajagopal my yelder brother who was allotted 35 acres as B schedule property 4 Loganathan my another yelder brother who was allotted 35 acres as C schedule property 5 Muthamal my yelder sister 6 Neelavathi my another yelder sister and 7 Krishnaveni myself For these three persons no share was allotted as these three persons said that they do not require any portion so they were not allotted. I got married in the year 1999. We three female members was told orally that after the demise of our mother the share allotted to my mother will be given to us equally. But after my mother, grand mother death it was not done accordingly and myself approached the sub court in 2002 and afterwards it was come down to district munichief court due to valuation limitations. Judgement brief: it was not proved by me that myself was minor at the time of 1988 i.e., on the date of registered partition deed was made. Rajagopal and Loganathan categorically admitted that it was accepted by all the family members even before mother's death that the mother's share will be given to 3 ladies and as such I am holding 1/3 rd share in the A schedule property which was allotted to rukumani in the registered partition deed. As such Krishnaveni myself was also admitted the same and I was in the enjoyment of that property. Hence the court asked to estopped from claiming equal share. Now Rajagopal and Loganathan is not ready to come for partitioning my mother's property. Please advice me and clear my following doubts : 1. Whether we ladies are eligible for claiming equal share as so for this 116 acres was not sub divided by revenue department and it was in the joint patta 2. Even though we told we do not require any share at the time of partition we were not given a single pause or gift. 3. Three panchayats were made by well wishers regarding partition and un registered documents were written and it was accepted in the municeifs court 4. Loganathan also filed a suit in sub court for the partition is unequal against Rajagopal and afterwards it was dismissed as he was not attend the court. Pl advice me to proceed further Thanking you Radhakrishnan
