Termination from job

Hi, I am an indian resident staying in navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I was working in a indian bank on payroll of third party software company as software developer. I was told that if the requirements of the bank are fulfilled they will make me work on the company projects, but I was terminated from the Company after complaint from client. Also i was not paid the salary for half month, pending leaves and pf was also not deposited fully. I was working there since 8.5 months. They sent me a termination mail stating that i am terminated due to disciplinary and performance reasons. Before that i was warned once regarding discipline issues like leave without approval, after which i didn't took a leave. And again i received an email stating that i was delaying projects and sleeping in working hours, which wasn't true as our team got appreciation email and good rating. And the HR of the company also told that it was a generic email and sleeping was not meant for you. The probation period was of 6 months. It is a registered company but the brand name is changed sometimes. After termination mail, they are not responding to my calls or emails. What can i do?
