Full and Final settlement dispute

Greeting to all seniors I have joined one company on basis of salary as well as incentive on the basis of my performance but in offer letter there was no incentive clause mention . I worked there for 12 month and got salary plus incentive on time but in 11th month I have given proper resignation letter and I also consult with my T. l and manger about my last month incentive because of absence of incentive clause in offer letter they had replied me, you will get your incentive of 12 month also and same conversation I have recorded in my phone as a proof for future reference and then I left the company in 12th month.. But the incident happen with me I got only Salary ,not the incentive I approched to my H. R team and they replied me you r manager did not release incentive that why we Did not process in F&F subsequently I approched to manger he said that H. R team had done your F&F before my relesement (before the given time to Manger). Finally H. R team is denying to proceed any thing because my F&f have been done in thier recond So please help me out can I take any action on basis of recorded conversation on invecentive to challenge my F&F is not done properly and can I file suit of mismanagement against the company
