Can a female candidate selected in BC-D category use BC-D(women) for the sake of preferred posting?

While filling sub engineer post in telangana govt power distribution company tsspdcl three circle in hyderabad as hyd-central, hyd-north, hyd-south. Vacancies available are hyd-central--BC-D(W), hyd-north--BC-D, hyd-south--BC-D. All three posts are available for local candidates only. 1st ranker is male and filled in hyd-North. 2nd Ranker is female and filled in BC-D(W) category of hyd-central leaving hyd-south BC-D post vacant as she was chosen central as first preference of posting. 3rd ranker is filled at vacant post at hyd-south. I am 4th ranker and female candidate. Because of posting 2nd Ranker at Bc-D(W) for favoring her as per her first preference I am not getting a job. Eventhough 2nd Ranker is women she can be accommodated in BC-D general category by considering her other preferred options. Instead of that they moved down to women category post keeping general category post vacant. Because of that women who already eligible for open category moved to women reservation and another women I.e me who need the reservation benefit is denied. Hence the main moto of reservation is not fulfilled. Kindly suggest me sir what can i do now?
