Can wife claim husbands property, after getting permanent alimony

My uncle left aunt through registered permanent settlement deed in 1994. He gave some property to her as permanent alimony. Since 1994, he stayed separately from aunt and never married again. In 1995 uncle purchased a land though a registered sale deed from his own earnings. Later in 1998, he constructed a small house on the land. From the date of purchase he is in position, he enjoyed the rights and title over the land house. All revenue and municipal records are his name. I got the property from my uncle through a registered settlement deed in 2001. Uncle died in 2004. I am in position and enjoying the property from the date of registration without any issues. Few weeks back, a civil suit is filed against me under section 26 Order-VII Rule-1, by my aunt. She claims the property is the joint property of uncle and aunt. My doubts are as follows 1. Can wife claim husbands property, after his death. 2. Can wife claim husbands property, after getting permanent alimony 3. Can wife claim husbands property, after executing a registered permanent settlement deed
