Claiming or selling out our own property

Sir, there's a property which was built by my father and he even took loan from the bank to build that house for my grandparents to stay. So by all paper work the property belongs to us. My uncle has been staying with my grandfather. My grandfather died on 30th may 2018. It could be nearly 30-40 years that they are staying there. We want to claim our property back as the intention of my uncle and my grandfather doesn't seem to be proper. My uncle stays with his family and his intentions are not clean. As my grandfather is no more what steps would you suggest to claim and sell the property. Also what could be the challenges in this case as my father allowed my uncle to stay in his house. Could there be any chance my grandfather would have messed up something with his Will to make this case more complex? Can he give rights to my father's owned property to my uncle through his Will? By all legal means the property belongs to us. I would like to understand it from you what could be best solution to adopt. We are two daughters.
