Returning joining and relocation bonus

Hello, I joined an IT company (Bangalore branch) last year. I got 3 lakhs joining bonus. Also upto 1 lakh expense incurred on me by company for travelling and temporary accommodation. Joining bonus has condition of 24 months while relocation bonus has condition of 12 months. I eft the company by giving voluntarily resignation after 5 months. Now the are asking to remit full 4 lakhs. Should i pay the amount or ask for pro rata basis ? Also they have only booked expensive hotel for me. So am I supposed to return full 1 lakh ? Exact wordings of offer letter is as follows : "You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the start date of your employment. At the end ofthe 6 months’ probation you are deemed to be confirmed if you are not communicated otherwise in writing. Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Both parties may terminate the employment relationship taking into account the statutory notice period, except that for “cause” the Company may terminate employment without any notice. The Company may terminate the employment relationship in lieu of notice to the extent permitted by law. Your employment will automatically end, without any notice of termination or other action being required, upon you attaining the state retirement age as prescribed by law. You agree that this Bonus is an advance payment given to you in consideration for your commitment to remain employed by NetApp for at least twenty four (24) complete months following the commencement date of your employment, and is only earned at the end of the twenty four (24) complete months. In accordance with the Relocation Repayment Agreement you will be required to repay the relocation expenses the Company incurred on your behalf if you voluntarily terminate your employment with the Company within the time period specified in the relocation Repayment Agreement (which is 12 months).
