What should i do if i bought a scooter which was defective since the delivery of it?

I bought a scooter which had a problem since it was delivered to me. I took to the dealer after a day, he asked me to go to the service centre, he cannot help me with my problem. Well, the problem with my active 4g is that it pulls to the left side and there is an unusual vibration on the handle, both the problem I did not notice on other active 4g. I took it to the service centre at first they said there isn't any problem so I took it to another one even this centre refused, so I launched a complaint on their website after which they called me for servicing. After checking again they said you will have to pay for this which I was not ready to since it was production faulty after long arguments they fixed one problem and charged me a minor amount which I wasn't happy with. Now its just 4 months my fuel meter, self-start, meter light isn't working and at times kick start also doesn't start the bike plus bike pulling left side is still on the list. well, I am fed up with all this and I do not want to go through all that argument. So is it possible that I can replace or refund the cost of the bike and the amount altogether spent to repair it? If yes then how?
