Time taken to complete partition of ancestral property

Hello, We had filed a case in high court to get our rightful share of ancestral property. This property belongs to my great grand father which is undivided till now due to this pending case. There are 8 siblings (4 sons and 4 daughters) fighting for their portion of property. 4 daughters want equal share but the sons want to retain the property without giving us any share (or very small amount of cash which we do not agree with). Recently SC has ruled that all sons and daughters have equal rights since birth after which we got to know from our advocate that we can file for a partition suit and no need to further continue the case to get equal rights. The daughters have 50% of the share and we are all ready to file for a partition suit together. We are all fine to get one half of the portion (half of the plot in one block) and want to sell it together to one buyer. No my questions are below, 1. How long does it take to get the partition done? 2. What if one of the sons does not agree for partition in spite of accepting the latest verdict? Can he indefinitely block the partition? 3. There are few rented shops within the property. Can those tenants raise objections to partition? If so, what can be done for that? 4. What if 7 of the 8 siblings want to partition and one siblings wants to continue blocking partition? The trouble maker here himself is a lawyer. So we foresee some problems. But not sure what are those. 5. Can court set a timeline to conclude on partition? Thanks.
