Termination without warning.

Dear Advocates, Kindly suggest me on the below mentioned issue. On 6th March, I dropped a text to my manager that I am not well, therefore could not be able to report to the office today. My manager replied to me " Please take care and apply for the leave today" However, my condition got worse and could not report to office for next 3 days and unfortunately failed to inform my manager about the same due to bad health, I am a tuberculosis patient and could not gather myself to inform my manager. Neither did my manager contacted me in these 3 days about my whereabouts. On 3rd day, I texted a apology message to him mentioning that I will report from tomorrow. To this his reply came that, " we will speak to HR directly, it's a clear case of NO CALL, NO SHOW" Now, when I reported to office, management and HR is asking me to resign on 12th March, without giving me a salary for one month. However the company policies mention that "at termination of services, both the parties are entitled to serve one month notice period" And there is no where mentioned in there policy about "NO Call NO SHOW" neither there code of conduct shows that I have breached the contract with them. My question is, am I entitled for 1 month of salary? (That is till 12th April)?
