Unregistered Property settlement and sale deed within Family.

1) My two uncles after filing a police complain on me in Dec 2003 made my father signing a sale and partition deed where mere 1.5 lacs given ( said to be ) to my father to sale right of our ancestral house along with land beneath house. My Father was bed ridden since 1999. 2) They wrote a deed on 100 Rs stamp paper with signatories from one member of extended family member and one cousin brother in law of one uncle and local land surveyor ( Now 93 year old ) 3) They partitioned rest of agricultural land in 4 piece and kept 3 pieces with them ( One share of my Grandparents ) 4) My grandparent's signature is on one paper ( on stamp paper memorandum and sale deed but not on other document such as map of land partition ). Signature is fake. 5) My Father & Grandfather both died in 2015 & 2014 respectively. 6) Above deed is unregistered however witnesses are fraud and may stand by the uncles. 7) Now my uncle wants to do construction on land partitioned as said above. 8) Me and My brother were adult ( 21 plus) when this deed was signed but our signatures are not there ( this is fake document forced on my father by complaining against me in police in 2003). 9) My question is A) Will I get a stay order / injunction by court on construction till the suit is disposed B) Is that deed an admissible evidence??? ( Sign on every page differs conspicuously not everyone has signed each paper of deed. ) C) Will these relative witnesses be considered ?? D)
