Non discloser declaration

Hi, On last day of my job, company HR person asked me to sign a declaration agreement which has 2 pages. First page has.writing with following content Page 1: ---------- "I mr xyz son of my abc residing at ppppppp declaring that 10, Jan 2017 was my last day of working with PQR company and I have returned all confidential information to company..... .... ... I will not use any of the existing employee, man power resources and will not damage business of the company." It has stamp from bank with stamp duty of Rs 100 with date of my last working day. Page 2 ---------- Page was not having any sentences but it has below form type page. Employee Signature _____________________ Name_________________ Home Address_____________ _____________ Contact No._______________ Personal email ID____________ Date of Signature_____________ This page was not having any bank stamp with stamp duty. I dont have any issue with first page, as I dont have any intention of do any kind of damage to company. I am worried about second page as it has nothing on it. Can my company of person working with company use this document to create any problem to me financially, legally? What should I do to avoid such things? Thanks,
