Case against indian navy by retired navy person

Dear sir, i am retired sailor (Petty Officer )from indian navy as. Retirement date 31 jul 17. Before my retirement Indian navy directed me including many others to undergo a course under PMKVY scheme. The naval authorities in our record office had nominated whole batch for security officer course however we have recieved certificate of security supervisor. I want to go to court for following reasons:- 1. Just before my retirement, they send me to a course which i didn\'t wish to do. The moentioned in forwarding letter for course that on any ground course will not be cancelled andno cancellation request will be entertained by authorities. As a result, no officers my unit was ready to sign letter of cancellation to record office. Due to their wording in in letter i was forced to go afore-said course out of station. I was in mumbai and was sent for course at Kochi. As a result, i couldn\'t appear in LLB and B.Ed Entrance exams for making my career in these fields after my retirement. 2. How can they send someone forcefully on a course which individual was not interested. 3. To undergo this course under PMKVY was not Indian Navy\'s operational commitments. Still they used very tough language to undergo the course. why? 4. Nomination was for security Officer and certificate was given for security supervisor. Why? 5. Under PMKVY there is provision of reward for every student, however no one was given reward. 6. I wanted to make career in Law or Teaching sector, however despite telling authorities about my examination, noone helped and evetually I missed my two crucial exams. 7. Indian navy used its premises for a privately owned training school for indian navy personnel. What was so urgent? 8. I was not asked my willingness for the course and sent me without considrring my priorities after retirement. 9. indian navy and its policies has prevented me from making progress in my life. 10. My consititutional rights were hurt by indian navy. Therefore, I demand a compansation of 50 lakh rupees from Indian navy, GoI for denying me in choosing second career of my choice after retirement. I seek your expert legal advise on this matter. Regards prakash Bishnoi, PO(Retd) , Indian navy
