Civil Court case filed by bank against student loan of my son

Sir, I took a student loan for Engineering in the year of 2010 to the total sum of Rs.3,82,000 without offered any collateral in which case my father is co-borrower. Since Then I am preparing for a UPSC Civil Services. Then Bank has Asked me to reschedule the loan terms of previously sanction 10 years to 15 years. So in May 2016, I rescheduled the loan for the total of 15 years( [deleted]). Since I am unemployed and my father is also unemployed and we are unable to pay the regular EMIs and the loan becomes NPA. Now the bank (SBI) is Sending me Legal Advocate Notices to repay the entire amount (becomes 6,11,000 including interest) within 15 Days. We live in a Building built by my grandfather. The Owner of the building is my grandmother the family's ancestral home. My father is the owner of 3 houses (not officially,) but still, the entire building is in the name of mine grandmother. We get 3 house rents (total 8000/month) to survive my 5 member family. The bank thinks we have a large building and we are intentionally not willing to paying the loan and they considered us willful defaulter. Since the whole building is not my father's name. My Loan is without any Collateral, My Question is What will be the implications of civil court filled by the bank? Will It affect my career? In any chance to get arrested in this case? Will my father get arrested? Will they seize the building? And what does it mean for 15 years restructure if they filled the case without even completing the 15 years?
