Sale deed

I am selling my property in Pune and am the first owner. Agreement to sale has been done. I have received part payment to pay off the home loan I had availed. The buyer too is getting a home loan from a different bank. Sale deed has been drafted and have the following queries regarding the same: 1. The sale deed mentions that full consideration amount has been received and I acknowledge the same but states that possession is pending and would be given after the sale deed is registered. Whereas I am yet to receive the full consideration, which will be given by the buyers bank once the sale deed and property original documents have been submitted to the bank. Should the sale deed mention that possession has already been provided? Or need to change the fact that the final amount is yet to be paid. 2. It also mentions that once the sale deed is registered I need to provide the buyer possession receipt. Is this the norm? I have never heard of possession receipt being given in case of resale property. 3. Also the registered Agreement to Sale document has not yet been shared with me. As per the buyer, his advocate has advised not to share the same as the possession has not been given. Shouldn't the registered copy of ATS be shared with the seller (me) ?
