Got Cheated by Country Vacation /Country Club

On 12th september 2017 I was called for a meeting at JP nagar office to come and collect some free gift own in a lottery. They said this gift is only for couples . So i and my husband attended the meeting. Same day during this meeting, we were offered Country Vacation plan, where a manager from that team, Mr. Praveen, explained about this offer. That offer consist of following point but not limited to a. 6 nights and 7 days of vacation yearly at any Country Vacation/Country Club resorts and hotel throughout India and world. b. During stay, a car with driver and guide c. Up to 40% discount on Air Fare. d. Other than me, my wife and 2 kids, if I want to take any other couple, they will provide a separate room with nominal charges or if I am reducing my vacation days no need to pay anything. e. There won’t be any off season and I would be eligible to book my vacation throughout the year. f. 4 star or similar hotel g. We will be given Gold Membersip card Team also didn’t allow us to take decision later because that offer was valid only during that meeting on the same day. After taking some time and looking at their lucrative offer, we planned to join that club. I paid 1.8 lakh through ICICI debit card . But after paying the amount we did not receive any confirmation email and also payment receipt. After repeatedly calling the manager he sent the receipt and confirmation email after 2 days . And when we went through the policy agreement we signed with Country club/Country vacation it was mentioned that member can cancel the policy within the cool off period of 10 days and they will get the entire amount as refund with deduction of minimal 3000Rs after 120 days. we dropped a official mail to the customer care team saying we are not interested in going ahead with the member ship mentioning all the reasons. We got an acknowledgment to our mail from customer care team that our mail is forwarded to concerned authority. It has been 150 days now and we are trying to reach the customer care every time the call is connected which is like happens once a day after calling 100 times literally, they telling us to wait for a another week this is happening from 150 days now. And Bangalore local team is denying refund.
