Unable to know manual PF transfer status

Respected Lawyers, I switched from TCS to my current organisation 2 years ago. I had an exiting UAN from TCS, however, my current organisation created a new UAN without my knowledge and started depositing my PF into new UAN and PF account. After learning about duplicate UAN, suggested resolution was to transfer the funds from TCS PF account which is a trust, to my current PF account and then disable to old UAN. TCS completed the PF transfer process in June 2017and transferred my accumulated PF amount transferred to current RPFC. Since then I have been following up with my current employer on my PF transfer status and i get a standard answer that they cannot view the transfer status anywhere instead of helping me find out what is the problem and getting a solution. I have also received annexure K from TCS long ago but my current employer is not helping me resolve this. I am really worried where is my accumulated PF amount stuck. Please provide me some guidance on what can I do next to get this resolved and get my PF transferred successfully to my current PF account. Thanks, Richa.
