When the flat is under litigation, whether gift deed can be made and transferred to third party

I am a original member of a cooperating housing society (in Mumbai, Maharashtra) formed by employees of my company by paying initial 20% amount myself, balance 80% amount payable by my employer as loan. Prior to releasing loan amount by employer, I left the the job. Without giving me opportunity to pay loan amount, society transferred the Flat to another person "A" from whom again to "B" and matter is under litigation in cooperative court for the last 30 years and Hon. court issued injunction against further transfer of flat. Meanwhile the person "C" died who made gift deed in favor of "D" who obtained letter of Administration of Bombay High court and the society transferred flat in favor of "D" despite injunction from trial court. My question is when the matter is under litigation in a trial court and having injunction against transfer of flat, can the Opp. No. D obtain letter of Administration for my Flat and the opp. society can change the Flat in favour of "D". Grateful for your advise as how to proceed to cancel probate / letter of Administration.
