No clarity in land demarcation/fixed boundaries within a survey number and neighbors are enchroching

I own a land parcel in a village in Bhor district, Pune. The problem for my land is the survey number (Survey No. 34) outer boundaries official map is available but inside subsections map is not available. I own 2 subsections of the survey. The adjoining landowners (within the same survey) are taking advantage of that and claiming the front-side (road) area to be theirs. As per the description of four directions in the sale deed, papers, indicate that as my land. The other party has planted coconut trees on my land and have made that entry in their 7/12 description. To make a fake proof that the land belongs to them. One more issue is we stay remote and the other landowner is in the land trading business so we have a doubt that he may sell our land as there is no clarity on the boundries. We do not have possession of the land. In future, we will need to fight with multiple people (whom he would have sold the land) to claim our land. The land trader is arrogant and has a bad intention of seizing our land. How can we secure our land? I mean not on paper but the actual land. Please advise
