Registered Partition Deed executed after will

Hi sir, my late grandfather and late grandmother had jointly purchased some land in Bangalore in the year 1986 through a registered sale deed. Later before my grandmother's death, both my grandparents have executed a registered will in favour of their grandchildren in which they have exclusively mentioned that the property was self acquired, my grand mother passed away after this will was executed in the year 1997, later my late grandfather has executed 2 registered will's one in favour of his son who is my uncle and later one in favour of his daughter who is my aunt, but before his death we learnt regarding these 2 will's which he had executed and after a family discussion he has executed a registered partition deed in favour of his grandchildren on 25/03/2005 at that time he was ill and the sub registrar had visited our house and taken his LTM as he was unable to visit the sub registrar office or sign due to his health condition, the same has been written in the partition deed and has been vetted by the sub registrar himself. My grand father passed away in July 2005, pls let me know if my aunt and uncle can claim any rights in the property with the wills that my grandfather had executed, thanks.
