Credit card auto debit

I have purchased one assist wallet production in 2015 and 2016 I was asked for renewal. I refused to go ahead since it is no use for me. After that I have not received any email regarding auto renewal or confirmation on renewal after they auto debited money from my credit card. I rarely check my credit card statement, So I have not noticed last year. This year again in 15 Nov they have auto debited the money from my credit card and no communication regarding this received via email or phone. I have contacted their customer care for cancellation of policy and refund. I have received an email from them on 19th Dec regarding cancellation process is initiated. Today again I got a call from them stating that I can't get any refund and they can switch to some low cost product and get rest of the amount. I refused to take any product from them and asked for refund. I can see lot of people complaining about this company in consumer compliant about their auto renewal. Please guide the possibility and what are the evidence I should have to file a case in court.
