Can you go to the court of law after signing the letter of agreement for sevarance package?

Hello, I have been (was) working with a company for the past 7 plus years. I have joined the company as a team leader, and quickly rose to the levels of Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager and Vice President in the span of 6 years. I have been instrumental in the growth of my team from 20 member unit to close to what is a 200 member unit today. On August 14, 2017, my director told me that we had to meet the HR manager to discuss some important communication plan with the team. After going into the room, my director told me that he’s been observing me since he joined the company 10 weeks back, and my skillset doesn’t work for the changing needs of the company and left the room. The HR manager walked into the room and said “i know it’s tough, but the decision is taken by the higher management in your case. Let me know if you want to submit resignation or you want us to initiate. If you submit resignation, we will pay you salary for 2 months…..also, I can try to arrange additional compensation”. I told the HR manager that I need time to think and act, and didn’t submit resignation. My laptop and office phone were taken by the company. After two meetings with my local HR manager, the matter was escalated to global HR director, who talked to me on phone. After a series of discussions, the global HR director proposed to pay 6 months salary and run my employment on records until December-31-2017. I have consulted with a lawyer who suggested to go forward with the offer made by the company. By that time, I was emotionally drained, spent sleepless nights, worried about my future. My daughter was 5 months old at that time. I gave in and signed the letter of agreement for the company to pay 6 months salary, and run my employment record until December-31-2017. The last two months pay would be done along with full and final settlement at the end of February 2018. I have been experiencing mental trauma and agony for the way they treated me dealt with me, and unable to get over it even after 4 months have gone by. I still spend sleepless nights and wake up in the middle of the night with the bad scenes playing in front of my eyes. My questions to the elite legal consultants here are: 1. Can I choose to go with legal proceedings against my company for doing what they have done to me? Especially, after signing the agreement of separation? 2. If yes, how on what grounds and how should I proceed in this case?
