Same judgement/order twice/

My Question: "WHETHER THE SAME COURT CAN PASS THE SAME JUDGEMENT/ORDER TWICE/ THRICE ON THE SAME SUBJECT/ MATTER?" (Excluding sub-courts orders/ review petitions/ etc) The word "same" implies "same performance of action" To make it more clear, I quote two examples below: 1.First Order: "To be hanged." But, the authorities concerned failed to implement this order. Second Order:"To be hanged." Whether this is permitted? 2. First Order: "to refer the petitioner's printed work for D.Sc. to the Board of Studies in Maths for assessment" But, the authorities concerned failed to implement this order. Second Order: "to refer the petitioner's printed work for D.Sc. to the Board of Studies in Maths for evaluation" Whether, this is permitted? Also, if the same order is allowed to be passed, then how many times this order can be repeated? Please clarify on this issue. thanking you, In the Interest of Truth and Justice, C V B Shankaram Senior Citizen 75 years Post Box 7228, Chembur, Mumbai- 400071, India. Note: Kindly state the relevant Statute also.
