Is it legally acceptable for endless adjournments?

Dear sir, please advise to the following : In a criminal case SC 155/2016 in the III ADJ court Tirupati, after completion of 313 crpc on [deleted], the defense counsel submitted written arguments on [deleted]. But the previous Judge and the concerned APP both were given continuously adjournments up to [deleted]. On [deleted] the APP filed written arguments and also completed his oral arguments in front of the previous Judge. Then the previous Judge called the defense counsel for hearing oral arguments on [deleted], but the previous Judge denied to hear from the defense counsel's oral arguments on [deleted]. Later on the previous Judge transferred on [deleted] to family court and the new judge came in to the scene for the case in III ADJ court Tirupati. On [deleted] the new judge called for hearing oral arguments from both APP and the defense counsel on [deleted]. But on [deleted] the concerned judge heard only from the defense counsel and the case was adjourned up on request of APP for [deleted]. Again on [deleted] the APP requested the judge for adjournment again for [deleted]. Like wise both APP and the III ADJ court Tirupati judge are playing with the case and with the life of accused continuously since more than 10 months after completion of 313 crpc examination. Please advise.
