Experience letter on termination of employment with reason of separation clause

Dear Sir/Madam, I am working for a multinational company and they have served with a termination letter with the mention of separation clause as a reason as per the work agreement. I had resigned few months back due to some harassment issue, however, they asked me to withdraw my resignation advising they would look for some transfer options for me. Now, they are saying they don't have vacancy for me at other places and they have found a new person to replace me. Even though I have been requesting them to give me an option of resignation again they are not ready to accept the same. I am worried about my future career as no employer wants to employ terminated employees even though the termination letter doesn't say any other reason than the "separation clause mentioned in the contract by either party". Can you please advise if it's my legal right to ask for an experience letter or relieving letter after being termination letter issued by the employer. In verbal communication I have been advised that it's not the company's policy to issue such letter. I am worried that even if they issue a letter they might mention about the termination. Thank you.
