Wrongful Termination And Refuses to Pay Pending Few Months Salary

Hello Sir, I have been working in RakSan since 2years, and since last 4-5 months company is going through financial crisis and around my 2.5 month salary is pending. Since no funds, on 23th Nov I requested for work from home and asked for some part of pending salary considering company's condition. They approved my request and assured that I will receive my salary by November month end. And they asked me to be in touch with my manager for my tasks. I was in touch with my manager for few days but after that I could not be in touch as I was ill. I didn't receive and salary or part of salary. On 1st December, I receive an email stating that our salaries will be receiving by 10th Dec. Till this time I have no funds received from the company. The first email I wrote asking for part of my salary was on 20th Nov. On 4th Dec I receive a call from one of the HR asking for the reasons of not replying to HRs email. But the fact is that I didn't receive any email from HR. On 5th Dec I receive my termination email and the reasons mentioned were indiscipline, attitude towards work, and the terms mentioned in 23th Nov email. They said that they will clear all my dues on 1st April and giving me 25 days to find a job. I wrote an email back asking for explanation of my concerns and asked then to pay my pending salary, give detailed of my doings/attitude towards work Which caused termination. I also request them to take termination back as these accusations are ambiguous. I got a reply from that saying that No changes will happen in anything that they have already promised. Now what actions shall I take. Need advice to proceed further.
