Leaving employment due to health issue in Probation period

I have worked only for 2 months for a corporate office as a executive in learning and development and I have dropped a mail that I have health issues and I am on treatment and I will not be able to continue due to health issues and same time also mentioned that I have kept my laptop in office drawer since I didnt carry home as I didnt have any work. Also I was on 12 months probation wherein the co can either terminate me with one month prior notice and same time I should serve 30 days notice. Also it states in their offer letter that if an employee is absent for more than 2 days they send warning letter and if not reported 2nd one will be send in a week's time and 3rd will be muster off from records and terminated. I just wanted to know since I already send a mail informing that I have kept my co asset in drawer with my id and now I received a email asking me to come to office and submit medical records. I really dont want to go since I dropped a mail already. Can someone advise me on the same since its 12 month probationery period.
